Link your paper application to your online account

What you will need to link your application

To link your application to your account, we will ask you specific information about your application. Have a copy of your application on hand. After you create an account and sign in, select “Link an application to this account” to get started.
When your application is linked to your account, you will no longer receive messages by mail. We will contact you through your account.
You can link the following applications to your online account:

Caregivers (Caring for people with high medical needs pathway, Caring for children pathway)

Create an account or sign in
You can either create an account using your online banking login (Sign-In Partner) or a Government of Canada login (GCKey).

If you don't have an account, start by deciding which electronic credential you will use. Read more about how to access our online services through SecureKey or GCKey.

Sign in to your account using:

Sign in Partner (SecureKey Concierge), which uses your online banking information or
GCKey, the Government of Canada credential.
